1. Why does it take 4 – 8 weeks to get your order?
Yassin gives the time frame of 4 – 8 because she gives such a big delay because she does have 3 kids and you just never know what comes up them. They can get sick, hurt, school problems and this way she has added time for such things if they happen. There is a rush fee you can pay to get the item sooner. The soonest you can get the item is 2 – 3 weeks but this is on an approval basis. There is an exception to this during June 2nd to November (end of hurricane season) during these months since Yammi Wear resides in South Florida we can not quarantee delivery in 4 -8 weeks but we will do our best to keep you informed and updated as to the status of your order prior to the storms arrival. In these cases a refund is possible. Otherwise than this time no refund or exchanges is given.
2. Can you explain the return policy?
If the item does not fit, Yassin will ask you to resend measurements. When she receives them she will compare them to the original, if there is a 1inch or more difference she will fix the problem but all shipping and time used to fix the garment will be at the costumer’s expense. If the error was on the part of Yammi Wear she will refund you the shipping and fix the garment.
