Terms and Policy
- Our privacy policy is very simple. We completely respect your right to it. We will never share any information that you provide to us with anyone else, ever.
- You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Just let us know if you no longer wish to receive them.
- Yammi Wear WILL post pictures of your custom made to order garment unless we have your written permission NOT to post the pictures.
- We do ship international and an additional shipping charge will apply as our site shipping cost are based on USA cost.
- Delivery is approximately 4 - 8 weeks.
- At Yammi Wear, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. Please let us know how we may be of help to you. Thank you for your continued business.
- Yammi Wear accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express card by phone orders at 786-325-1593. We also accept checks once the check has cleared your item we will begin processing your order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH IN THE MAIL!
- We have been in business since 2001. Although I have been designing and sewing since I was 12 years old and have over 20 years of experience. I started Yammi Wear and Yammi Wear Boutique. Named for my daughter Yammi nick named by her aunty Karla. I love being a mom and all of us at Yammi Wear LOVE what we do:)
- We make thousands of outfits each year. All custom fit. We have seen just about every age, size and shape body there is and have become expert at judging growth patterns but some kids do go through a sudden unexpected growth spur. We stand by our work. If you receive the garment and there is a problem, (this rarely happens:)), we will correct it if its our error. If the measurements provided are way off from what you provided we will have to charge you to fix it and shipping to and from your location.
- We are proud to say that our clients rarely have any problems with their order. However, if you receive your order and there is a problem, due on our part, just send it back to us and we will do everything possible to correct it. We want you as a client forever and to tell your friends about us.
- Yammi Wear is not responsible if the garment does not fit due to measurements taken incorrectly so please be sure to measure as accurately as possible.
- Deposits on dresses and packages are non refundable.
If you ever have a problem, due on your part, with the outfit unfortunately we can't fix that. Shipping cost to ship the order to us will not be reimbursed or credited. - Due to the unique and custom nature of our product we cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you experience a problem with your order, do on our part, and we will do everything possible to correct it.
